Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used items are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Most of the boutique items are one-of-a-kind pieces. If you are unhappy with the item and wish to exchange it for another, the price difference will be exchanged or refunded. If you need to exchange for a different size or color of the same item (providing it’s available), email us at peaceforponys@aol.com and return your item to Peace for All Animals.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost for us to ship the item initially will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
