Our policy lasts 21 days. Unfortunately, if 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Used items are exempt from being returned.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Most of the boutique items are one-of-a-kind pieces. If you are unhappy with the item and wish to exchange it for another, the price difference will be exchanged or refunded. If you need to exchange for a different size or color of the same item (providing it's available), email us at peaceforponys@aol.com and return your item to Peace for All Animals.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, what is the price for us to initially ship the item will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
